(1) Prepare Camera-Ready Paper: You have already received the comments by the reviewers in a previous email. Please take them carefully into account when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings, and consider that each accepted manuscript should not exceed six (6) IEEE style pages.
(2) Generate an IEEE-Compatible PDF: Access IEEE PDF eXpress (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/) and use the conference ID "71832X" to generate an IEEE-compatible PDF.
(3) Submit your IEEE-compatible camera-ready paper on Easychar (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=dcis2026) using the "proceedings author (IEEE Proceedings)" role.
The submitted PDF has to be the one generated by IEEE PDF eXpress!
(4) Complete and submit the IEEE Copyright Transfer Form on the EasyChair DCIS 2026 page for your paper.
(5) Submit your camera-ready manuscript and copyright form by September 18th!
